The Houdini Rollercoaster Jacket has all features of a top-of-the-line shell jacket, but still doesn’t overdo it with pockets and technology. With a 2-way, single hand, adjustable helmet compatible hood and velcro adjustments in sleeve ending, flexibility is always at an arms reach, while water repellent zips and fully seamed-seals minimizes water intrusion. A snow gaiter protects the core when riding in deep powder and zipped pockets over chest and internally keep your valuables organized all throughout the day. With Houdini’s most advanced hard shell-series the goal was to change the experience of wearing a shell layer. To achieve a feeling of full freedom of movement, the basic principles of garment cutting had to be brought into question. Traditionally, this process is done working 2-dimensionally on a flat surface. Instead, with the Rollercoaster Jacket, the garment is draped from a single piece of fabric on a body to replicate the movements of mountaineering and freeride skiing – it’s Made to move.
